Sadly, the Batwoman series has reached its end. Even sadder, is the fact that it did not end on a high note, so in some ways, it was better to put the book out of its misery. Kate Kane will make a guest appearance in next month's Convergence: The Question, but after that, the future of the character is uncertain. Let's hope that she comes back soon in a titular role along with Bette and the rest of the cast. In the meantime, here is a retrospective of her solo book. Enjoy!

For most of it's run I do believe that this was the most consistently well written and beautiful book that DC was publishing in the New 52. Sad to see it go! I really hope Batwoman does make an appearance her story, her allies and villains, and her distinctive slice of Gotham are just too good to be left unexplored.
