While Aquaman and Ya'Wara go to the aid of their fellow Others, and to stop Black Manta from eliminating them, Mera is left with Dr. Stephen Shin, and she is looking for answers.
Shin is reluctant to help at first, but it doesn't take much for Mera to force him to collaborate. Some things are better left unsaid, though. The truth is ugly most often than not.
