Time does fly, there is no doubt about it. When I started this blog, I never thought that five years later it would still be going strong. With all the pressures of work, school, and daily life, working on the site has been my way to escape all that. The endless hours searching for news, images, hidden treasures, and new material about these fantastic characters has been absolutely worthy. Now, with five years and 800 posts under the belt, I feel like it's just the beginning. As we start the sixth year of the blog, it is time to reminisce again. With Barbara Gordon back in the role of Batgirl, the rise of Mera as a super star in the DCnU, and the endless accolades for the Batwoman title, one would think there is nothing else to say, but that's not the case. Now more than ever before, there are reasons to be excited about these beautiful redheads: Batgirl's presence in other titles continues expanding, Mera is on her way to join the Justice League and be part of "Trinity War," and Batwoman will soon team-up with the Amazon Princess herself, but not before the biggest match of 2012:
Not enough yet? well, there is one more thing: Soon we might witness the return of another star to the pages of this blog, and the prospect of that makes me happy to no end.
