This is one of may favorite covers from the original Justice League of America series, and chapter three of my favorite JLA saga "The search for Sindela".  This cover features Superman, Hawkgirl, and Green Lantern being attacked by Anton Allegro's magical creatures.  In the interiors, Shayera shows up two or three times only and has no lines, but the cover alone is worth picking it up.  Love it.
